Thanks for taking the time to check out this 2015 Ford F-550 Mechanics Truck. One owner truck coming to us out of North Carolina, with a 14′ IMT bed put together by Adkins truck bodies. 7500-22 IMT Crane, hydraulic outriggers, three sets of drawers – all run off a Miller EnPak unit. There is zero rust anywhere in the bed or chassis of this truck.

Powered by a 6.7 powerstroke diesel mated to a six speed automatic transmission, equipped with four wheel drive. Power locks, power windows, cruise control. Vinyl seats and rubber floors. Showing 206,936 miles, and 6,141 engine hours at the time of this writing. The EnPak shows 1,124 hours, and 165 compressor hours. The crane hour meter shows 65 hours.

Everything on the truck works as it should, save for the Miller Big Blue welder. The welder is inoperable, and can go with the truck or we can remove prior to sale. Repairs just completed on the truck include:

Oil change and new fuel filters, new crankcase filter, resealed front cover, new upper oil pan and rear cover, new transmission input seal (to address oil leaks, no oil leaks present now), new batteries, new tie rod end and front end alignment performed, new front and rear brake pads and rotors, new cab mounts, new rear spring bushings, new drive tires, new passenger side hub locker, and some misc. lights replaced. We also serviced the EnPak, which included a fuel filter, air filter, oil filter, and oil change.

This truck is turnkey ready to work and does not need anything. We can provide receipts for all work just performed. We try to be as thorough as possible when reconditioning our trucks – anything that needs addressed, we take care of. We use all OEM parts purchased through the Ford Dealer.

The bed is pretty unique in it’s setup, and one you don’t see everyday on an F550 chassis. The main portion of the bed is an 11′ IMT Dominator service body, with a built date in late 2017 (newer than the truck). It additionally has a 3′ add on section on the front with the weld deck on the driver’s side, and a full size torch compartment on the passenger side. The front of the bed is assembled by Adkins, and the whole truck was put together by Adkins. TONS of storage space overall in this configuration.

All of the doors close, latch, lock, and seal as they should. All of the latches are keyed the same, and work properly. All bins are watertight, and clean. The compartments all have interior LED light strips, and there are rear work lights all around the bed as well as boom tip lighting on the end of the crane. Rear mounted strobes, located behind the taillights.

The D1 compartment is an underdeck compartment under the weld deck, and is fairly large. On top of the weld deck is currently mounted an inoperable Big Blue 500 Pro – included for parts only (we can also remove if not wanted).

The D2 compartment has a nice set of IMT Drawers, eight total drawers, filling the entire cabinet. The D3 compartment has a set of Adkins built drawers, also filling the entire cabinet, eight total. One shelf in the driver wheel well compartment, and two shelves in the driver rear compartment.

Work bench rear bumper with pass through storage bins, hydraulic outriggers, and a tow hitch receiver. The truck also has a rearview camera. Nice large work deck bumper with plenty of working space. Factory tie downs inside of the bed itself, as well as EZ Track down the passenger side for securing loads in the bed. Working Wilton Vise mounted on the passenger side of the bumper.

The crane compartment houses a factory wireless IMT remote, reelcraft hose reel, air regulator and drier, EnPak control panel, and body control panel. The emergency tether for the remote is included.

The passenger wheel well compartment has another set of Adkins drawers (with dividers), two wide by two high, for bolt storage. One shelf over those drawers.

Two shelves in the P3 compartment, three shelves in the P2 compartment as well as torch bottle racks. The P1 compartment also is equipped for torch bottles, with EZ track inside of it, but could be used instead to house an additional drawer set.

The crane is an IMT 7500-22 series crane, run off a factory wireless remote. The remote can turn the EnPak on and off, can turn the compressor on and off, and is fully proportional. The crane has a lifting capacity of 7500#, and a maximum two stage hydraulic extension out to 22′ of total reach.

The Miller EnPak has been fully serviced, and operates as it should. Powered by a Kubota diesel engine, it runs all of the bed hydraulics independently of the truck. It has a built in hydraulic air compressor that builds air very quickly, and a generator as well.
